“Bri” is a multifaceted wellness + life enthusiast dedicated to encouraging individuals towards health and happiness. An experienced Massage Therapist of 10 years, and fitness + yoga instructor her treatments are a holistic blend of mobility and manual therapy to help you feel and perform your best. Bri has expanded her knowledge over the years with additional courses in cupping therapy; osteopathic methods: craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation; neurokinetic therapy, corrective exercise, and lymphatic reset techniques.
Outside the studio, Bri embraces the challenge of endurance sports, finding solace in the grind of distance running. Bri has innate fire for adventure, and isn’t afraid to test her limits through physical fitness and new experiences.
A self-professed foodie, Bri appreciates all kinds of plant-based eats and doesn’t discriminate when it comes to any + all baked goods. Food is both nourishment and joy.
